Kentucky Statewide Implementation of JustWare Software Will Save Time and Money

July 20, 2012—Logan, UT—The State of Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy is committed to saving time and taxpayer money while strengthening communities throughout the state. A recent contract between the State of Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy and New Dawn Technologies makes this commitment official.

“Our customers in Kentucky are excited to have a software solution that will help public defenders and staff save taxpayer money by saving time,” said Thomas P. Higgins, CEO and President at New Dawn Technologies. JustWare will save Kentucky Public Defenders  time by streamlining their legal case management processes.

The State of Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy is the 10th statewide JustWare case management software system customer and the second statewide public defender customer.

New Dawn Technologies is working closely with the State of Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy to adapt JustWare | Defender to serve the needs of public defenders statewide.

Employees of the State of Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy will receive extensive training to best utilize JustWare. Following the initial training and implementation phases, JustWare customers receive ongoing support and software updates as well as the opportunity to attend the JustWare Training Conference each year. This year’s JustWare Conference will be held September 25-28, 2012 in Logan, Utah.
