At New Dawn Technologies, making our customers happy is part of our business model. This is why New Dawn provides options to our customers to best serve their case management needs including on-premise and hosted software deployment options. Our customers can choose the option that will work best for them while considering total scope and cost of a project.
So why should our customers decide? The decision hinges on whether our customers have onsite IT support, and whether financially they can support the servers necessary to utilize the JustWare case management system to support their government’s individual needs.
No matter the option, onsite or hosted, JustWare works as a case management solution for a single agency or multiple agencies statewide.
On-Premise Server
For some of our customers, it makes sense to host and deploy JustWare internally. Many of our customers have IT professionals and systems already in place. For those customers who have IT infrastructure and servers established, our New Dawn Technologies team will work with your team to install and deploy the JustWare case management system to suit your needs. Your team will define data-sharing policies and maintain a system that is configured to your needs.

We know that installing and deploying a case management system is a huge undertaking that may be difficult to manage in small office settings. In cases where our customers cannot host and deploy JustWare because of staff limitations or budgetary conditions, New Dawn Technologies will host JustWare and offer Software as a Service (SaaS) with access anywhere over a secure internet connection.
