The Sales Engineer is an advocate for New Dawn Technologies, our software, services and culture. Responsible for representing the company in technical software presentations and demonstrations.
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or another related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven knowledge of Justice Case Management Software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient working with teams.
• Must be both a self-starter and team player with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Able achieve high standards of quality, satisfaction, and results in a fast-paced business environment. Constantly challenge status quo and champion implementation of change.
• Share in the development of a culture that thrives on continuous improvement of people, products, and services.
• Provide product training and support to all internal groups, including the Customer Support departments.
• Ability to take initiative and work independent of supervision
Compensation
