Participate in an Agile development environment to design and code applications in C# using WinForms, SOAP Web Services, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Workflow Foundation, ASP.Net MVC and MS SQL Server. Write unit tests to ensure code is high quality. Pair program with team members. Analyze and tune SQL queries for optimal performance. Communicate with business analysts to transform customer requirements into working software. Work closely with Support, and Project Management teams to address customer issues and fix top priority bugs.
Required Experience
• Minimum of a BS in Computer Science of related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in building web applications.
• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming
• Enjoys working with others in a team environment
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to grasp new technologies and react to changes in a fast paced environment.
• Must be both a self-starter and team player with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to achieve high standards of quality, satisfaction, and results in a fast-paced business environment
• Ability to take initiative and work independent of supervision
• Share in the development of a culture that thrives on continuous improvement of people, products, and services
• Constantly challenge status quo, and champion implementation of change
