New Dawn sits on the Integrated Justice Information Sharing (IJIS) Institute Board of Directors. The IJIS Institute is a nonprofit organization that unites the private and public sectors to improve critical information sharing for those who protect and serve our communities. The IJIS Institute provides training, technical assistance, national scope issue management, and program management services to help government fully realize the power of information sharing. National Center for State Courts
New Dawn works closely with the NCSC and closely adheres to case management solution and automation standards defined by the NCSC. The mission of NCSC is to improve the administration of justice through leadership and service to state courts, and courts around the world. Court Technology Framework
New Dawn serves on the Court Technology Framework (CTF) Working Group, and is the only vendor to serve on this group. CTF is one of the groups that works under the Joint Technology Group to create all court-related standards.
We are members of and are actively involved with the Forum on the Advancement of Court Technology (FACT). FACT is a consortium of private sector companies and senior court representatives dedicated to strengthening the dialogue between courts and their providers of technology. FACT works underneath the Joint Technology Group, which creates all court-related standards.
National Association for Court Management
New Dawn is an actively involved member of the National Association for Court Management (NACM), an organization of court management professionals dedicated to the improvement of courts and the development of court managers. NACM has been a leader in advancing the profession of court professionals.
Probation & Parole Association Technology
New Dawn serves on the American Probation and Parole Association’s Technology Committee. The American Probation and Parole Association is an international association composed of members from the United States, Canada, and other countries actively involved with probation, parole, and community-based corrections, in both adult and juvenile sectors.
