We are focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. Despite our laid-back attitudes and our casual attire, we are serious about our responsibilities. We aren’t afraid to be unconventional, to do things that might not be in our job description, or to challenge current processes. Our work is never “done,” because we’re always looking for a way to do it better.
Concentration on one task at a time makes us more efficient, which leads to getting more work done. Our business is always evolving. Responding to the needs of our clients and to our co-workers is critical to the success of our business. When making decisions – big or small – we must consider if those decisions lend themselves to the Big Picture Goals. We have job titles, but we aren’t above doing any task if it’s the most important thing to do right now.
