How did New Dawn get started?

In 1992, New Dawn started in a spare bedroom with a developer creating a case management solution for a statewide government customer. Since that original version, released in 1996, we have added extensive functionality and released versions of JustWare for all types of courts and justice agencies. We have also released our Adaptive Case Management solution that is configurable for all types of government agencies. We maintain a 98% customer retention rate, which includes the first customer to ever purchase JustWare.

Where are we headed?

We use our sizeable research and development budget to enhance our case management, data integration, and public access solutions according to customer requests and our market research. Over 50% of support and maintenance revenue goes directly into the evolution of our products and implementation of new features and enhancements. All of our customers benefit from our development, as we provide new releases as part of your support contract. New Dawn is forward-looking and always strives to stay on the edge of new technologies in order to fully take advantage of all that they have to offer. Through our regular release cycle and agile programming methodology, we ensure that our solutions are compliant with the latest technologies. We are also a Microsoft Gold Partner, which gives us the added advantage of having access to technical coordination and advisory services directly from Microsoft.
