Chesterfield Municipal Court understood that in a technology world that changes almost every day, they needed a solution that would not only keep up with the times, but provide new technologies and features in a timely and cost-effective manner. When they found that their legacy system would not be supported after 2011, Chesterfield entered the search for a new case management system that would be a long-term solution for the community. In late 2009, Chesterfield selected JustWare | Municipal Court.

JustWare will have a variety of long run impacts on the Chesterfield community in areas such as the environment and efficiency for court users. “We are definitely saving on paper,” said Morr. “We had a lot of forms that we had to hand-write, especially on the financial end. We had to hand-write new payment dates. Now when people come to court and go to the payment window, they will receive one paper with their receipt and new payment date, and they’re gone.”

We are appreciating it more every day, and we look forward to growing with JustWare through the next several decades.”
