In JustWare | Municipal Court, the City of Greenfield Municipal Court found a case management solution that not only configured to their needs, but also helped them achieve their goals to better serve the people of Greenfield.

In order to achieve its goals for an automated and more efficient court environment, the City of Greenfield Municipal Court needed a new case management solution. “We needed a more efficient court software package,” said Carol Edmonds, Court Administrator for Greenfield, “one that would enable the Court to implement procedures to improve efficiency in the court process.”
Our contact with the staff at New Dawn has been more than great. The staff has been very responsive in assisting our court on how to utilize JustWare to its fullest potential.

Greenfield selected JustWare | Municipal Court to fill this role. JustWare’s ability to configure to meet Greenfield’s needs made it an ideal choice to improve court processes. “We believe the flexibility of JustWare will assist our court in improving workflow,” said Edmonds. “These workflows will lead to procedures that are more efficient and produce cost savings.”
Edmonds noted that JustWare’s business rules and document automation will help reduce data entry time and errors, bringing the court closer to its goals.

COMMUNITY IMPACT
Looking forward, Greenfield Municipal Court will team up with New Dawn technicians to develop a data exchange using JusticeBroker, one of New Dawn’s integration tools, to connect the municipal court with other departments at the State of Wisconsin offices.
