New Dawn provided Application Programing Interface: If you have access to development resources, you can create your own interface with our supported and robust web service based application programming interface. All data that enters our case management solution via either of these methods will pass through the case management system’s business rules and security rules layers, meaning that it will behave exactly as though you had entered it directly into the case management system.
