To ensure your administrators and users are comfortable with your new case management system, you receive focused, agency-specific administrator and end user training before you go live and can optionally receive additional, advanced training on specific features after going live.

 

Your training options include:

Administrator training: For our customers, change is certain—when new laws are passed, new officials are elected, or as your agency grows. While we configure the software during your project, what do you do when your requirements change?  Our administrative tools enable you to evolve your system yourself, unlike many systems, which leave you waiting for the vendor for even the most minor of alterations. Besides basic case management software tasks, administrators learn to manage drop-down menus (code tables), set up security and data partitioning rules, identify and merge duplicate names, create and apply business rules, set up auto number generation, set pop-up reminders, manage statutes and financial rules, and perform other tasks.

End user training & go-live assistance:
The best way to learn a new system is to use it. Your users gain hands-on experience by entering actual cases into a test database that we provide. Our training is customized to the needs of those in each training group, with the training concentrating on actual tasks the users perform. To ensure user retention, we provide end user training right before go-live and then stay on-site to assist during your going live.

Report author training:
How many different reports does your agency or court use or want to use? Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to create new reports whenever you need, rather than spend hours figuring out the data yourself or paying a vendor to create yet another report? With our case management solution, you can create your own custom or ad-hoc reports. Shortly after go-live, we provide report author training to individuals you select, enabling you to create as many reports as you want, whenever you need.

Document author training:
Does your current document automation functionality consist of copying and pasting from existing documents to in-progress documents? All of our case management software solutions includes document automation software that generates documents automatically from word processing templates that you define—on a schedule, in batch, after an event, or on command. Besides creating automated documents for you during your project, we teach you how to create document templates yourself—enabling you to create as many as you want, whenever you need.

Post go-live training:
After you start using your system, you may think of other modifications or advancements you wish you’d had us make. We are prepared for that. A few months after you go live with the software, and annually afterwards, we send a project implementer back onsite to make additional configurations, resolve any problems you are experiencing, and provide training on new case management software features.
