New Dawn recognizes that in many jurisdictions, budget restrictions require courts and government agencies to do more with less, often eliminating your ability to make a large capital expenditure for technology upgrades and improvements. To help agencies overcome this problem, we are excited to offer a technology-based, cost-per-case pricing model that lets you acquire a complete enterprise-wide case management solution, including all required services, support, maintenance, version upgrades, and training, without the large capital expenditure.

With transaction-based pricing (TBP), instead of paying a large amount up front for your system, you pay a minimal fee for every new case you create. If state or local statutes allow you to add fees to certain case types, violations, or citations, you can add a “technology fee” to those cases, thus shifting the cost of new cases from yourself to the individuals who necessitated the case creation—making TBP a no-cost model for your organization and for your law-abiding citizens. We can also set up the technology fee to apply just to the portion of case types for which you are legally allowed to charge a technology fee.

Find out today how much your court or agency would pay for an enterprise case management solution by using our Transaction Based, Cost Per Case Calculator.
