New Dawn provides many options to our government customers to best serve their deployment and case management needs. At New Dawn, we know that each court and agency operates differently and while one type of deployment may work for some agencies — it doesn’t work for all. Our solutions are designed to be deployed in a couple of different ways.
New Dawn’s Deployment Services
Traditional On-Premise Deployment
If you currently have server infrastructure in place and IT resources to manage your servers, then you will appreciate the scalability of New Dawn’s case management software installed on one of your servers. Our traditional deployment is designed to work well for multiple agencies and divisions, is centrally deployed and managed, and can be accessed anywhere with a secure web connection.
Hosted or Cloud Computing Deployment
If you do not have a server, consider our hosted solution (SaaS solution), where you access your case management data over a secure internet connection. With a hosted solution, we provide and maintain the server, manage all backups, and conduct all hardware and server software updates. With our subscription plans, you only pay a monthly, quarterly, or yearly per-user subscription fee. Any computer with an internet connection and a Windows operating system will be able to access your case and name/party data from our hosted server.
