Using JustWare’s Business Rules Manager, you can automate much of your workflow, saving time and ensuring no tasks are postponed or forgotten. JustWare’s Business Rules Manager allows case statuses, events, reports, and notifications to be linked to and triggered by each other and timed events. JustWare processes your different categories and types of cases uniquely, enabling you to use JustWare equally well for all types of tasks and cases.
Generate documents & reports
JustWare includes document automation functionality that automatically generates letters, multi-page documents, incident reports, batch documents, required court reports, and other frequently used documents—using your agency’s templates. These documents automatically populate with the information stored in JustWare, reducing data entry time and error, and are automatically saved for future access in JustWare’s virtual filing cabinet.
JustWare’s document automation works with JustWare’s Business Rules Manager to automatically generate and print any of your documents and forms at a certain time or after a specific event. Automated documents and forms can be triggered by calendar entries, case status changes, event results, incident entries, status changes, and more.

You design web queries of JustWare to cater to different groups, including judges, health care providers, other correction staff, other agencies, and more. You define permissions that determine who can and cannot access JusticeWeb Public Portal, as well as what data they can see.
