Web-style searching
JustWare’s powerful indexing and web-style searching quickly locate system-wide case/matter and name/party information. With our municipal court case management software, you can find “sounds like” and partial name information with soundex and wild-card searching options. Search using court numbers, charges or cause information, social security or other ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, and much more, to return a list of sorted, ranked, and hyperlinked results.
Our web-style design retrieves results quickly from all JustWare tables, allowing for complex searches such as “Roberts, DUI, Preliminary Hearing” to allow data entry staff and judges to search using any type of information to find case or matter and party information.
With JustWare’s integrated document and file searching, you can index and search all documents and files that are electronically linked to cases. Your staff can easily search through opinions, orders, summons, legal briefs, charging documents, scanned and OCR’d documents, and electronic files that are attached to your JustWare case and name folders.
Barcodes
You can use JustWare’s barcode capabilities to passively track documents and files throughout your office. As your staff and judges move from location to location, JustWare’s integrated barcoding allows document and file location to be easily tracked; using only a single click you can find out where important documents and files are, and where they have been.
