• Generate a deadline in your calendar for pre-trial motions one week before a trial each time a trial is set in JustWare.
• Generate and print subpoenas automatically for every witness or victim in cases that have a court event two weeks from that day.
• Automatically assign cases to prosecutors according to agency-defined rules and case-weighting assessment.
Reports
The data in your case management system is one of the most valuable resources in your office. It should outlast all administrators and employees. JustWare enables you to easily access and manipulate any of your historical data. JustWare’s reporting tools allow you to query, display, and print any agency, state, local, or federal statistical requirements. JustWare comes with dozens of commonly requested system reports that help you and your staff extract critical data from JustWare. Our business intelligence staff will also assist you in creating additional reports for the future.
JustWare also provides tools that let authorized users–not just programmers–create additional ad-hoc and custom reports whenever you want. You can define the format, look, and content of all reports. JustWare redefines the relationship between case management and reports by tightly integrating with a powerful, commercially available reporting solution. In other words, you can view JustWare reports as part of a data entry or other screen; you never have to exit JustWare or open another program. You can also have reports automatically emailed to users or stakeholders.
Automated document & report generation
JustWare includes document automation functionality that automatically generates multi-page documents, charging packets, subpoenas, batch documents, warrants, simple letters, required reports and other frequently used documents—using your agency’s templates. These documents automatically populate with the information stored in JustWare, reducing data entry time and error, and are automatically saved for future access in JustWare’s virtual filing cabinet.
JustWare’s document automation works with JustWare’s Business Rules Manager to automatically generate and print any of your documents and forms at a certain time or after a specific event. Automated documents and forms can be triggered by calendar entries, case status changes, and more.
JustWare allows you to indicate when victim and witness notification is required. Using JustWare’s document automation feature, you can easily print any corresponding letters for groups of witnesses and victims.
