JusticeWeb’s Public Access modular design uses the reach of the web to enable the public and key stakeholders to view agency-defined case and name data, create permission-based access for sensitive data, allow pro se litigants and attorneys to e-file cases and documents, and case participants to make payments online. Meet your local community’s goals by choosing the components to best suit your needs. Similar to our other products, your administrators can set permission levels for any action, and only they can define the web queries, users, agencies, and passwords. JusticeWeb Public Access includes intuitive tools that allow you to create forms, filing wizards, and payment and other screens. You define the format, look, function, and location.
JusticeWeb Public Access products include:
E-View: Spend less time answering questions from stakeholders and the general public by providing view-only access to non-sensitive information online. E-View is a great way for employees, stakeholders, and the general public to securely view case information, as well as office and personal calendars. You can also use it to provide relevant data to the press, claimants, and other case stakeholders. You determine which groups can view any type of information.
E-Filing: E-Filing enables stakeholders, pro se litigants, attorneys, claimants, and other case participants to electronically file and review cases via the web. All filed cases are sent to a queue for review and acceptance. You can also bring in extra revenue by charging e-filing fees.
E-Discovery: Through our E-Discovery solution, you can send or receive discovery packages online, reducing walk-in traffic and staff time. If allowed, you can also charge online convenience fees, boosting agency revenue.
E-Payment: Enable case participants to pay their fees online with E-Payment functionality. Depending on your local or state statutes, use New Dawn’s cost-per-case/transaction-based pricing model to have the E-Payment convenience fees pay for your case management software implementation.
