Create and manage dockets
Court managers love how easy it is to create dockets in JustWare. You control the frequency, time, and capacity of the dockets. The business rules can be set to automatically assign cases to the appropriate docket. In addition to creating a docket calendar for all cases by date or date range, you can also create dockets based on case type and case load. All types of dockets can be tracked on the docket calendar.
JustWare enables you to quickly see all the different dockets you are managing on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis on one page. From this view, you can quickly see the location, capacity, time, and type of docket. You can also click on a docket from this screen to view the cases and events contained in each docket.
Organize your calendar
With JustWare’s robust interactive calendar screens, you can manage all of your court and personal events, tasks, and work queues on one screen. Events in which you are involved will automatically appear on your calendar, and can be clicked on to open the related case information in a new tab. Your My JustWare screen displays your calendar whenever you log in to JustWare and can deliver office and personal calendars directly to your email inbox.
JustWare’s master calendars provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly views of your case and personal events. You can break these down by division, agency, court location, and more. Calendars can be sorted by courtroom, judge, event type, date, and range of dates. Additionally, hard copy calendars, such as day planners or wall calendars, can be produced and printed in a variety of JustWare-included or user-created formats.
JustWare calendars also include two-way synchronization with Microsoft Exchange. Events edited or rescheduled on your Microsoft Outlook are automatically updated on your JustWare calendar and vice versa.
Receive alerts & reminders
JustWare ensures that you never forget an important event or deadline! You can set pop-up or email reminders to appear a specified amount of time before an event or deadline. You can use JustWare’s Business Rules Manager to have reminders automatically sent to event-involved people a specified amount of time before an event, or these can be set up manually by staff or judges.
