Data sharing is important for tribal courts. JustWare enables you to share select data with other agencies and courts, create your own interfaces using our JustWare Application Programming Interface (API), have interfaces created by our data exchange specialists, and provide view-only access to select data.

Share data with other agencies and courts

JustWare helps you share your case management data with multiple agencies, divisions, sub-agencies, courts and jurisdictions.  We understand the unique nature of a tribal justice organization – traditionally requiring your tribal court to interact very closely with tribal prosecutors, probation & parole, public defenders, and family services.  New Dawn’s completely integrated and sector focused case management solutions (JustWare | Prosecutor, JustWare | Defender, JustWare | Probation & Parole, JustWare | Pretrial & Diversion) will assist you and your tribal community in achieving integrated justice sharing without requiring you to work with multiple companies for your solution.

Create your own interfaces

If your court has programming resources, take full advantage of a supported and evolving JustWare API, which allows you to create interfaces to third party systems and custom programs that interact with your JustWare data while still adhering to the business rules and security of your JustWare system. The JustWare API is a great solution to evolve JustWare while continuing to receive world class support from New Dawn resources and regular JustWare version updates.

Have interfaces created

We can create interfaces for you using our data-exchange middleware solution, JusticeBroker. JusticeBroker will exchange data with any type of external agency or software program. Data will enter your system securely, in the right places, at the right time, and using your terminology. Defined by national support standards, JusticeBroker provides the integrated case management systems to support arrest filing, and provides custody and booking information to electronically file vital name, case and charging information to JustWare, eliminating data entry and reducing errors.

Provide view-only access to select data

Many tribal courts have a need to share information with other justice agencies and the general public. You can implement JusticeWeb Public Portal to provide web-accessible, court-defined queries to display JustWare information on a secure court website.

You can design secure web queries of JustWare to cater to different groups, including judicial staff, the general public, or other involved agencies. You control the look of the access screens, and you define permissions that determine who can and can’t access JusticeWeb Public Portal, as well as what data can be seen.
